Data we process
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company or project name, message, consent record and technical information needed to protect the form. The server may temporarily record IP address, request time, requested resource, response status, browser identifier and referring page in access and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is processed to respond and take steps at your request before a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, on the basis of consent under Article 6(1)(a). Server logs support our legitimate interests in security, availability, diagnostics and defending claims under Article 6(1)(f). Providing enquiry data is voluntary but necessary for a response.
Recipients and transfers
Trusted hosting, email and IT providers may access data only as needed to operate the website and correspondence, under appropriate safeguards. Data may be disclosed where law requires it. We do not sell personal data or intentionally transfer contact-form data outside the EEA. If a future service requires such a transfer, GDPR safeguards will be applied.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as long as needed to answer and follow up, normally no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a contract, law or claim requires longer. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or rotated. Consent may be documented as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Security, cookies and automated decisions
We use HTTPS, access controls, validation, anti-abuse measures and restricted server configuration. The website uses only essential session storage to secure the form and a browser preference to remember language. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies. No profiling or solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects take place.
External links and minors
Third-party links are governed by their own privacy terms. This business and general-audience website is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
